In Program n°2 we translated in French the song “Me and Jesus the pimp in a 79’ Granada last night” from The Coup, political hip hop band from Oakland composed of Boots Riley and Pam the Funckstress. Here is a now a special program with an interview of BOOTS RILEY. We met the rapper and inexhaustible activist in Saint Nazaire as he was on tour with the band Ursus Minor. In this program he talks about music, writing and political organizing. And we focused on the Occupy Oakland movement, in which Boots Riley has been very involved.

Music :
Pigmeat Markham « Here comes the judge »
Prince « Starfish and Coffee »
The Coup « We are the ones »

Thanks a lot to Boots Riley !
